The Collaborate dashboard is a Task Center where you can manage communication with support and ask questions.

Adding Tasks or Asking a Question
When you’re logged into the website, you’ll see a floating tool on the right side. To ask a question, click on the plus sign and select the area relevant to your question. A comment box will open for you to communicate. If you have a general question unrelated to the page you’re on, you can select the “General” option to leave a comment.
